Terms

Terms for this website.

Ateliva has not launched yet, so these terms cover this website and the early access list, not a product you can buy.

Effective 3 September 2026

In one line. Using this website does not buy anything, create an account or form a contract. The price shown is what we intend to charge, not an offer.

Who operates this website

Ateliva is a product of Swepth Oy, Business ID 3619574-3, a company registered in Finland. In these terms, "we" and "us" mean Swepth Oy. You can reach us at hello@ateliva.com.

What these terms cover

These terms cover your use of the Ateliva website at ateliva.com, in English and in Finnish. They do not cover the Ateliva software, which has not launched. When it does, separate terms will govern it and you will be asked to accept them before you can use it.

Pre-launch status

This website describes software that is still being built. Features shown here may change, may arrive later than described, or may not ship at all. Nothing on this website is a promise that any particular feature will exist.

The examples shown here

Every name, number, ranking, target and competition on this website is an illustration, created to show how Ateliva is intended to work. None of it is real customer data and none of it describes a real team or a real person.

Early access

Submitting the early access form adds your email address to a list of people we intend to contact, and sends you one confirmation email. It does not create an account, reserve a place, or oblige either of us to anything. We may change how early access works, and we may close it, at any time.

You can remove yourself at any time using the link at the bottom of any email we send, or by writing to us. What happens to your address is set out in the Privacy Policy.

Pricing shown on this website

The price shown on this website is the price we currently intend to charge during early access. It is information, not an offer. Using this website, or joining the early access list, does not create a contract, a subscription or a payment obligation, and nothing on this site takes a payment. If you later become a paying customer, the price, the billing terms and the cancellation terms will be set out in a separate agreement that you accept at that point.

Using the website

You are welcome to read this website and to share links to it. Please do not try to gain unauthorised access to it, disrupt it, submit other people's email addresses to the early access form, collect data from it at a scale that affects its availability, or use it for anything unlawful.

Intellectual property

The Ateliva name, the Ateliva mark, and the text, design and images on this website belong to Swepth Oy, except where stated otherwise. You may not reuse them commercially without our permission.

The typefaces used here are Schibsted Grotesk and IBM Plex Mono, both used under the SIL Open Font License.

Availability

We try to keep the website available, but we do not promise that it will be. We may change it, take parts of it down, or stop publishing it, at any time and without notice.

No warranty

The website is provided as it is. We do not warrant that the information on it is complete, current or free of errors, and it is not advice you should rely on when making a decision.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website, or from any inability to use it.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. That includes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, liability for fraud, and liability under mandatory consumer protection rules. If you are a consumer, your statutory rights are not affected by anything written here.

Privacy and cookies

Our Privacy Policy explains what happens to personal data. Our Cookie Policy explains browser storage: this website sets no cookies.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version published on this page is the one that applies, and the date on it tells you when it last changed.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Finland, and disputes about them belong to the Finnish courts. If you are a consumer resident in another country of the European Union, you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of your own country and may bring proceedings there.
