Cookies

This website sets no cookies.

It stores nothing in your browser and loads nothing from anyone else, which is why you have not been asked to accept anything.

Effective 3 September 2026

In one line. No cookies, no local storage, no analytics, no third-party content. Nothing to consent to, so no banner.

What cookies and browser storage are

A cookie is a small file that a website asks your browser to keep, usually so that it can recognise you on a later visit. Websites can also leave data on your device in other ways: local storage, session storage and browser databases. All of them amount to the same thing, which is a website storing something on your computer or phone.

What this website actually uses

Nothing. We checked the website itself rather than describing what websites usually do, and we checked it again after adding the early access form. It sets:

  • no cookies, first-party or third-party
  • no local storage and no session storage
  • no browser database and no service worker
  • no analytics identifiers
  • no advertising or tracking identifiers
  • no record of consent, because there is nothing here to consent to

Every file the website loads, including the page itself, the typefaces, the images and the hero video, is served from ateliva.com. There are no third-party scripts, no embedded players, no social widgets, no externally hosted fonts and no tag managers.

The early access form

The form sends your email address to our server and keeps nothing on your device. It does not set a cookie to remember that you signed up, and reloading the page gives you the empty form again.

Where your address goes after that is described in the Privacy Policy.

What happens instead

Two things do involve data, and neither one is browser storage:

  • our hosting provider records standard server logs when a page is requested
  • the signup endpoint counts recent requests from the same visitor to stop abuse, using a hash rather than an address

Both sit on a server rather than on your device, so they are not cookies and are not covered by cookie consent rules. The Privacy Policy explains both.

Controlling browser storage anyway

Every browser lets you see, block and delete cookies and site data, usually under Settings and then Privacy. Because this website uses none, changing those settings makes no difference to how it works for you. It will keep working exactly the same way with all site data blocked, and the early access form will still work.

If this ever changes

If we add something optional, such as analytics, we will do all of the following before it runs:

  • update this page with what it is, who provides it, what it stores and for how long
  • ask for your consent first, and keep it switched off until you accept
  • make refusing exactly as easy as accepting, with nothing preselected
  • give you a way to change your mind later from this page

Strictly necessary technology, meaning anything the website cannot work without, would stay on and would be described here.
