Privacy, in plain terms.

Ateliva is a studio that builds websites, booking, payment and client-flow systems for service businesses. We operate this site and the ClientFlow check that begins every engagement. Ateliva is based in Helsinki, Finland and works with clients worldwide.

Business ID (Y-tunnus): 3619574-3. The data controller for information collected through this site is Ateliva.

Depending on how you use the site, this can include:

• ClientFlow check answers — the business details you choose to share when you complete the audit at /start (for example business type, current setup, the problem you're solving and what you think you need).
• Contact details — name, email, business name, website or social link, location and timeline, when you submit them through the check.
• Proposal & project information — details relevant to an engagement once you become a client.
• Usage data — basic, privacy-light analytics about how pages are used (see below).

You don't need to share anything to browse the site. You only provide details when you choose to start the check or contact us.

When you submit the ClientFlow check, your answers and contact details are stored so we can read your current flow, prepare an early recommendation and reply with the right next step. We use them to respond to you — not to add you to bulk marketing.

We use privacy-light analytics (Google Analytics 4) to understand which pages help and where the experience can improve. It only loads after you accept analytics in the consent banner — you can continue without it. We never send personal data, contact details, free-text answers or payment information to analytics. When you submit the check, we may send you a confirmation and, where relevant, proposal or project emails. These are sent through our email provider and relate to your request or engagement.

When an engagement involves a deposit or payment, checkout is handled by our payment provider. Ateliva does not see or store full card details — those are processed securely by the provider. Proposal and payment records are kept to manage your engagement.

We rely on a small set of trusted providers to run the service:

• Vercel — hosting and delivery of the website.
• Supabase — secure storage for audit, lead, proposal and project data.
• Resend — transactional and proposal emails.
• Stripe — deposit and payment processing.
• Google Analytics — privacy-light, consent-based usage analytics.

Each provider only receives the information needed for its part of the service.

You can decline analytics at any time, and you can ask us what information we hold, have it corrected, or request its deletion. To do any of this — or if you have a question about your data — email hello@ateliva.com and we'll help.
